Shipping Policy: Instock items will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items not currently in stock that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as possible. Please check order status for expected dates. Our shipping fees include all applicable handling fees. UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for some parts of Hawaii and Alaska and some other rural areas. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Free Online Shipping Offer: Free ground shipping on online orders $99 or more before tax and shipping charges. This offer is valid only in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid on special orders. Not valid on purchases made instore.

NEW MERCHANDISE - We will issue a refund (less shipping charge) for any new, unworn merchandise returned to us in its original packaging. We must receive the returned merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase. Please include a copy of the packing slip when returning any item.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - If you feel your merchandise is defective, please call or email us with your return request. If approved, we will issue a call tag for the item. Upon receiving the item, we will issue a replacement or credit if the item is determined to be defective.
